Risk of Serious Meltdown in Spanish Economy

Spain ranks #1 in the EU to employ the government as a percentage of GNP over the past 30 years. That is, thirty years ago the government (and taxes) in Spain were more like Portugal and Greece, but now they are more like Sweden. Don't you think Spain needs a "Ronaldo Reagan" to cut taxes? Oy! As for your plan to rezone land, that's very popular in many countries, but all that does is make houses more expensive to buy--it hurts consumers and helps developers. I say cut taxes, but fat chance of that happening in a socialist European country.
