Dutch Trader, I would wait to see how Glybera fares in the market..it will set a precedent on gene therapy market access and what premium it can achieve (especially for virus-based gene therapies (Genzyme's for example))..so far things are not clear (very high suggested price and has the P&R people running crazy) and only if uniQure shows that it can market the product it will be worth some money...on the other hand, I wouldn't rule out an acquisition of uniQure by large pharma/biotech...that's probably an entry point for investment
