I think Heins is right on the money. Whats the difference between a Z10 and a tablet ? Just the screen size - right? So, ..... slide your z10 into the back of your 10 Inch portable screen, .... voilla! Then dock it in your workstation .... then your car or ....... whatever you can imagine.
