the cef area of the market is a "strange" one. not many institutions in them so we are left with a bunch of nervous nellys owning them... they will sell when they should be buying and vice versa... you will see some cef's share price dropping while the nav is increasing for periods of time.... my advice : take advantage of this!

i own a ton of exg, etb, eoi, etc in an ira..... while you lose a bit of the tax advantage of roc... you are still buying these funds at a huge discount and getting a divy yield over 10%.... hence i would not hesitate to put any of these in a ira
