As JP has pointed out the BOD are immune from any challenges - so why not sit and gather cheques

Mind you there are such things as honor, fair play and dignity

Wonder how long they can hold out in the bunker

This will likely be censured by the APC - but I am now keeping records of what is censured

Simple fact is I hope others will join me in bringing matters related to AXPW to the attention of the SEC.

In retrospect things have never added up for investors in AXPW and the conduct of certain "promoters" of the blue skies ahead need to be looked at so the public is protected from certain individuals. – Sure we all know of whom I speak

The failures of AXPW and the impact on many small investors go well beyond an incompetent and overpaid management

The mission of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation.

As more and more first-time investors turn to the markets to help secure their futures, pay for homes, and send children to college, our investor protection mission is more compelling than ever.

Only through the steady flow of timely, comprehensive, and accurate information can people make sound investment decisions.

Each year the SEC brings hundreds of civil enforcement actions against individuals and companies for violation of the securities laws. Typical infractions include insider trading, accounting fraud, and providing false or misleading information about securities and the companies that issue them.

One of the major sources of information on which the SEC relies to bring enforcement action is investors themselves —

How Do I Reach the SEC?

There are several ways to file a complaint:
Complaints/Tips — Use one of our online forms to file your complaint electronically.
Spams — To report investment-related spam e-mails please complete our online form and use the "Add Attachment" button to attach the spam e-mail to the completed form. You will need to save the e-mail as a file in order to attach it to the form.
Questions — Use our "Fast Answers" web page for general questions about the federal securities laws or your investments.
If you do not want to submit the information electronically, our address is: SEC, 100 F Street NE, Washington, D.C. 20549-5990.

    Rick - appreciate your comments

    There is goodness in Justice

Board is there to represent and protect shareholders

Also to hire and fire the CEO

Seems pretty clear that they were not doing their jobs - and yet they continued to take pay

Interesting how JP jumps in whenever the company he has defended for years and his friends on the Board are called into question. May be self serving. No shortage of his data available to question not just his judgment...perhaps more

May not be a stretch to find a plan was hatched some time ago - but how will we ever know if an action is not launched

I suspect there is a legitimate claim against the Directors of Axion

Does anyone have a sense of whether any/many of the Board members have net worth(s) worthy of a suit

How anyone would believe anything that JP might say at this point is beyond me - let alone jump into business with him

    APH thanks for stepping forward

It is not learning/grieving we need - but exposure

The Board should have rolled some heads long ago - now we need to learn who knew what - and when - and needs to take responsibility

I for one feel we are getting closer and closer to the truth - but still a way to go

The more one knows the more obvious AXPW Board have been negligent in their responsibilities

    If they also profited...

Still Board negligence over a number of years when what they knew should have lead them to positive changes
