  • Weighing The Pros And Cons Of InVivo Therapeutics [View article]
    Jason:

Might I respectfully suggest that you publish a new article, rather than comments to this article, if you learn anything from NVIV's CEO that is of
    significance to your analysis.

That would be a fair and balanced approach given how much greater exposure and impact a new article has, as opposed to mere comments to a previously published article.

    Thank you.

Perhaps you can publish an update if and when you are able to speak with the new CEO.

Although I am long NVIV, and suffered a financial consequence as a result of your article, I nonetheless appreciate the even-handedness of your analysis.

Do you have any thoughts on whether NVIV will be able to alleviate its future cash shortage by partnering up on Hydrogel?

    Thanks.

The stock price has not reflected any value for New Prosperity since it slid to the current level. The company appears to be fairly valued based on Gibraltar alone, and New Prosperity would add to the value if it were to be approved.

It is surprising given that you are the only analyst covering this stock that you would not be granted an interview with the new CEO.

Have you been given any indication as to when you would be granted such an interview?

Is your present value of SDR based on WTI and NG prices remaining static for the life of the trust?

How would your valuation change if WTI and NG were to be 10% higher or lower, on average, for the remaining life of the trust?

  • New CEO Should Right InVivo's Ship [View article]
    Jason:

In light of your conversation with Astrue, and the new management team now in place, do you still rate NVIV a hold, or is it now a buy?

Have you upped your $2 price target?

    Thank you.

  • Linn Effectively Admits To Misleading Investors And Announces Key Accounting Changes [View article]
I cannot help but wonder why a very bright and savvy investor like Leon Cooperman would stick with his very large investment in LINN if it had all the problems you claim it to have.

Although I agree it is unprofessional to attack the credentials of the author of an article such as this, it is fair to question whether he has the background, experience and credentials to render a credible opinion.

After all, your opinion is just that, an opinion, just as Cooperman's opinion is nothing more than his opinion.

As a BRY owner, I would never vote in favor of this deal, as it would result in an instantaneously large diminution of value.

Hopefully, other BRY shareholders will reject the deal as well.

If LINN wants to make the deal go, it will have to increase the ratio above 1.25 LNCO shares.

  • Exelon: Unconventional Buy For A Turn In Natural Gas Pricing [View article]
At its current price, and with a sustainable 4% yield, in a low yield environment, EXC is a buy for its yield alone.

If power prices head back up, EXC's price should rise along with it.

Thus, EXC would appear to be a relatively low risk investment at its beaten down price.

If you added in the value of the other projects, including Aley, what is your estimate of TGB's share value?

I would also appreciate your thoughts on whether you think New Prosperity will be approved, given your obvious knowledge of the company, and this project.
