The author of this article is grasping for a contrary view and it's weak, weak, weak!! And, the last line cheap shot misses the mark by a mile. Is there some other show on corporate-cable that does a better job than The Daily Show to "inform and entertain?"

Was confused for a minute by Sunshine's observations that "recent reports of massive plant closings, skyrocketing unemployment, plunging exports and growing social unrest are raising serious questions." Thought he was talking about the US. Seems to me that they're well into a targeted recovery program while we're still tossing money around without knowing if it's doing any good and have CEO's trying to scam the system for their bonuses.
