For more than 20 years, Dodi has earned national distinction as a noted expert in the areas of investor relations, public and media relations, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, crisis communications, corporate positioning and reputation management, marketing and communications and strategic business development for both public and private high growth companies. She is an influential member of the Wall Street community, at large; a frequent guest speaker/trainer at financial industry conferences; and a highly accomplished business writer, having ghost-written numerous industry white papers, articles and editorials on behalf of her valued clients. An active member of the National Investor Relations Institute, National Investment Banking Association and National Eagles and Angels Association, Dodi currently serves as President and CEO of Elite Financial Communications Group, LLC, an award-winning IR/PR firm she co-founded in 2001 with husband Steve, and its newly formed joint venture Hanover|Elite. Dodi and Steve formed Elite with the goal of establishing an entirely new global standard for financial communications, seamlessly blending high impact investor and public relations strategies with social media and tactical marketing initiatives to assist its industry-diverse clients in achieving both short- and long-term corporate and market objectives. Prior to Elite, Dodi rose through the ranks at Madison & Wall Worldwide, Inc., beginning first in 1993 as Vice President of Operations and advancing over an eight year period to become the firm’s President and CEO. Under Dodi’s leadership, Madison & Wall grew to become one of the nation’s largest independent financial relations firms focused on representing high growth small- and micro-cap companies. Previously, she served as President and CEO of Advantage List & Marketing, a direct response and list management agency, as well as General Sales Manager of Direct Response Marketing, Inc. and later DataBase Direct, two of the largest direct marketing and lettershop firms in the Southeast. In these capacities, she was responsible for managing the direct marketing needs of national clientele that included the National Republican Congressional Campaign Committee in Washington, D.C., TimeWarner Cable, Universal Studios-Florida and Premier Cruise Lines. Dodi began her professional career serving a three-year tour of duty with the U.S. Army, where she was recognized as the “Solider of the Mount” by Fort Dix, New Jersey and “Soldier of the Post” by Fort Jackson, South Carolina, as well as “Soldier of the Year” by both VCorps and US Army/Europe. She is the recipient of numerous military awards, including three Army Achievement Medals and the Army Commendation Medal. Immediately following her tenure in the military, Dodi served as an Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman of the Board of three New York Stock Exchange-listed companies.
