XMSR-Sirius Marriage Will Test Investor Patience

Don't get me started here please! As a former veteran manager at Clear Channel for 8 years and a long-time radio professional prior to that, I am disgusted with the fakers that own, run and work for Clear Channel and many other terretrial outfits of their ilk. In the 3 years since I departed from Clear Channel, I have become an ardent subscriber to Sirius, and can state with total confidence that I will never return to the bleak mediocrity of terrestrial radio again! I have to laugh every time I hear a "Radio Analyst" like the one described above from McVay-what a loser! Satellite subscribers are there because they WANT to be! We pay because we get value and choices for our dollars, unlike terrestrial, where we don't get s***! To suggest as this moron does that satellite might start losing subscribers is preposterous! Let me state it very clearly for all you "professional opinion slingers" out there masquerading as "Analysts"-IF, by some chance, the satellite merger between Sirius and XM fails to pass, it will be for one and one reason only. Someone in the terrestrial radio mafia, otherwise known as the NAB, will pay off or suck off someone at the FCC and sway the nay vote in your direction. That is the ONLY way you can win this battle! From an enlightened consumer's point of view, the medium that you've stolen from the purists and turned into a financial racket has no future viability. Get out now and go find a real job!
