I guess Heilemann is a friend of yours, Eric. I am disappointed you did not use your critical skills in evaluating his piece. Perhaps it is fun to speculate on stuff like this, but some of us read your work to be informed, rather than entertained. Heilemann' article is second rate and stale.

Emotion: The Enemy of Every Investor

Your original piece was factually innaccurate and vapid. Now you defend yourself not against the reasoned criticism which has been presented, but instead by painting all your critics as emotional name-callers. You are not an idiot. You did write a lazy opinion piece over a cup of coffee. And now you rail against those who point it out. Instead you should look inward at how you might have written a better prepared, better reasoned article to start with.

I shall limit examples to just two because others here have already shown the flaws in your "thinking". 1). Today I do shut off my music when taking a phone call, but with the iPhone will be done for me. 2) Having three or four dedicated devices in your office (as opposed to an all-in-one) is hardly the same as having three or four dedicated devices in your jacket.
