  • The Haze Lifts: 96% Of Medical Marijuana Inc. Q4 Sales From Questionable Transaction [View article]
Why everyone should read your articles, even if they disagree with your analysis:
"To be fair, while I don't expect that it is anything but fiction, if they were to produce the level of sales and profits that they suggest in 2014 (and that I am wrong about it including one-time gains based on worthless stock exchanges with an affiliated company), the stock could be worth more than a dollar (I highly, highly doubt it though)."

You take both sides of the argument but come down on one.

  • Why Medical Marijuana Inc. Has Lost Its Buzz [View article]
You and those who agree with your position linking the cause of some schizophrenia cases to cannabis use seem to be confusing causation with correlation.

What is your take on the book "Anti-Oedipus: Capitalism and Schizophrenia"? Our economic system may be at play more than cannabis.

Yea, sorry. Guess the previous comments you made were just so affable to the guy. It's a perverse viewpoint he's holding.

    This is a joke right?

Look at it from the perspective of anyone who consumes cannabis: The government IS out to get them.

In every way cannabis is safer to consume than tabacco and alcohol, not to mention the other drugs our society deems acceptable.

Mental health is a social issue. Many factors are at play.

If you read the annual report filings by MJNA you'll see a discussion of CBD price and the comparables. One of the companies, Cerilliant, has Cannabidiol at 1 mg/mL for $25.00.

No, that is what the security is suppose to represent. How that security represents GWP.L is the question.

Two labs, 2 different test results, after one test each?
And then trying to tie that to the financials? Common.
Labs are going through a controversial time without industry standards, which shows in the results of that paper.

Be careful you are indeed investing in GW Pharm directly. As has been shown with Gold ETF sometimes there's nothing backing up the paper. The recent SEC filing for their IPO makes mention of only one other security. Here's the link http://bit.ly/102b6b9

At least you're not calling it fraud anymore (just alluding to it). The fact that this company operates, through it's subsidiaries, in an federally illegal industry goes a long way toward explaining the creative accounting.

But a much more substantive article, thank you.

  • Speculative Stocks For The Emerging Marijuana Industry [View article]
So this new management of SKTO is so great but they haven't taken the time to get themselves current and purchased assets created only weeks ago (website, trademark, ect)? Why was the contract announced without details how those contracts will pay the company? 1, 5, 20% of that $30million? These are only a few unanswered questions we have for a company taking advantage of the expanding coverage of the cannabis industry.
FITX well, lets see them produce the product (one which is available already through many other sources).
MJNA seems to have a good enough following we don't need to explain the Cannavest/Llamas/HDDC situation.

  • Nuvilex: A Penny Stock That Could Be A Disease-Fighting Game Changer [View article]
It's interesting the company jumped onto people's radar after they started a PR blitz tying this company to the Cannabis Industry. They've been working at their 'miracle' cell for years. What is different today from 3-6 months ago?

You both are missing the point. It's registered to michael@mycannabank.com. How many Michaels work at CannaBank? If Michael Mona works at both CannaVest and CannaBank then you would hope for a disclosure. But if you do some DD you'll know that's not the case as "The GreatfulGroup" also has the domain http://bit.ly/TZJc6W registered.

From CannaVest's 8K: "Mr. Mona neither owns shares in, nor serves Hemp Deposit and Distribution Corporation in any capacity, nor has he done so previously.

Just remarking on the sudden increase of negative press being thrown around. Each company is its own and is having to deal with the difficult task of funding. Many of the promising products are arbitrarily capped in market size by legal restrictions, making the difficult task of economy of scale more difficult.

Many people still shy away from this industry, just at the mention of cannabis. It is still federally illegal to grow cannabis (hemp, marijuana, dope, weed) on US soil, even though you can buy cooked seeds from somewhere else. Lunacy.

I've heard these 'going concern' sections aren't common at all.
