I am Seeking Alpha's CEO and Editor-in-Chief. My love for the stock markets goes back to when I was a kid. Who else remembers combing through the stock quotes at the back of the business section of your local paper?
I joined Seeking Alpha in 2006 and launched Wall Street Breakfast and Market Currents, our top-of-class short-form breaking news for investors. In 2010 I became editor-in-chief and in 2015 I became CEO.
I live in Jerusalem with my wife and a bunch of exceptional kids. Most days, you'll find me making the commute from Jerusalem to Raanana. Occasionally I get to work from my home-office, from where I keep an eye on the beautiful Judean Hills.

Mitchell Manoff has over 35 years of experience as a money manager. He is the co-founder and CEO of the New York based investment bank/asset management firm Corinthian Partners which is celebrating their 16th anniversary, quite an accomplishment. Prior to his founding the firm he spent 14 years as a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers. His customers for whom he manages money include institutions, family offices and select high net worth individuals. He works closely with these groups on both taxable and retirement issues and is very concerned about the lack of preparation which many baby boomers have concerning retirement.
Each of the portfolios that Mr. Manoff’s creates is tailored to the customers objectives and risk tolerances. His investment style is to have a majority of high yielding equities, who have a history of raising their dividends, while growing earnings. This style can be described as a hybrid dividend/growth. Three investment sectors which look particularly attractive are MLPs, REITS and select multinational companies.
In addition to his duties running Corinthian Partners, he has also helped finance and develop many companies in industries ranging from internet content, telecommunication and energy companies. He also has taught Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance at Baruch College of the City of New York. He has also served as a mentor at the IBM SmartCamp and as a guest lecturer at Baruch College’s- China Business Summit.
Having worked to develop early stage companies and as the founder of a successful financial service company provides a level of insight not often found with money managers. Mr. Manoff has a B.S. in B.A from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College of the City of New York.

I enjoy trading stocks and following several global stock markets. As a teacher I enjoy when I see people gain knowledge from my experience. I have a robust and diverse portfolio that mixes conservative value companies with high risk high reward as well. I believe each sector of the market has varying signs and catalysts that stimulate stock movement.
I have been an investor in several stock exchanges around the globe for the last 16 years. My trading philosophy is to be ahead of the curve of demand. I strongly believe that diligence and patience are fundamental to stock market success.
I attained my MBA from the Keio Business School and have worked in the field of international business consulting for the last 12 years. My job has allowed me to travel the world, which gives me great joy, as it combines my two passions, to visit new places and finance.
I have been a professional writer for over 20 years. I also have enjoyed searching micro and nano cap companies looking for hidden gems. Having grown up around stock brokers and commodities traders I have seen the business from both sides. I have been an investor in the market for most of my life.
