To me, taking a technical or macroeconomic approach on just any individual security is not being a savvy investor. Although I am currently trying to avoid the market's uncertainty by not trading too many equities, I still think that micro analysis should be your overall strategy, instead of taking your liquidity out of it any buying into some commercial paper.
