THERE IS TROUBLE ON THE HORIZON FOR NIELSEN'S INFORMATION GATHERING SERVICE AS THEY ARE IN APPROX. 18,000 HOMES GATHERING VIEWER HABITS ,WHILE TIVO IS IN 370,000 HOMES AND DOING THE SAME THING. IT REMAINS TO BE SEEN BUT I THINK TIVO HAS A MAJOR LEAD IN THIS BATTLE FOR ADVERTISING DOLLARS .
NUKE JOHN, ANOTHER GREAT JOB. COULD YOU PLEASE AXPLAIN IN LAYMEN'S TERMS THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT ? "JUDGE KRAMER HAS INVITED RAMBUS TO SUBMIT AN ESTOPPEL MOTION ON FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT THAT WOULD OPEN THE DOOR TO EVIDENCE BEFORE MAY 2000." DOES THIS OPEN A NEW CAN OF WORMS ? DOES THIS PUT RAMBUS ON THE DEFENSIVE ?
EXCELLENT ARTICLE COVERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND THEN SOME . HOPE TO HEAR MORE FROM HIM AS THE CASE UNFOLDS. TIVO HAS BEEN HARMED GREATLY AND THIS WRITER MAKES IT CLEAR.
