Against all expectations, ADMP price went south after the NDA release!!! It looks like it may not be moving upwards any time soon. Which near term catalyst do you think could trigger a signifcant surge in pps?

Thanks for the short but very important, informative and badly needed article.

I beleive Wall Street has been grossly unfair to IMUC for the last few months. Mediocre results (well short of meeting the primary end point) are already priced into the current pps, so I cannot agree more that IMUC is now "one of the best risk vs. reward stocks in the market."

As per shortsqueze.com, IMUC's % owned by insiders is just 4% and % owned by institutios is only 12.8%. As an IMUC shareholder into the upcoming trial results, I wish those figures would have been much higher. Why we don't see any significant insitutional buying so far? Any thoughts on this?

    Thanks Joe.

What I meant to say is: Will IMUC give a date for results anouncement as soon as they have the 64th event? As shareholders we should not expect to wake up one day on the trial results news, but should know the date few weeks in advance. Right?

IMUC pps has declined by more than 30% since early August this year. Almost halfway through Q4, there are no signs of any imminent recovery. On the contrary, it is going down further for no good reasons. It looks to me there will be NO run up prior to results announcement. I was planning to take profits on part of my large long position (I bought at $2.86) few weeks before results. I am in a difficult position now because I cannot risk all my money waiting for the results but selling (even just 1/2 my position) at the current unexpectedly low pps will mean taking a large loss. I still have some (albeit dwindling) hopes that a run up will happen so that I can take profits on at least 1/2 my position.

To me having No run up into such a huge catalyst for a small biotech just defies any logic. IMUC pps should be at least $4-5 now. Does anybody have some thoughts on this?

    Hi Joe,
I am long IMUC. IMUC pps has been down 30% since early August. Most IMUC investors expected a run up in Q4 13. Unfortunately this did not happen. Even worse, the stock price started yesterday a strong movement (with high volume) at the wrong direction.
Most small biotech investors (me included) plan to benefit from a run up few weeks or months prior to results announcement by selling a part of their position to take profits before such highly risky binary event.
Do you expect a run up to start soon? I think unless IMUC management specifies a clear DATE within the next few weeks for announcing trial results, it will be difficult for a run up to take place. Most investors need to know exactly the results date so that they can plan their trading accordingly. What do you think?

    Hi Cora,

Naked short selling sounds scary to me. I am quoting wikipedia: "Robert J. Shapiro, former undersecretary of commerce for economic affairs,d shorting, has claimed that naked short selling has cost investors $100 billion and driven 1,000 companies into the ground".

What are your thoughts on this?
