  • Exxon's 2007 Tax Bill: $30 Billion [View article]
Whatever taxes XOM pays, it could definitely pay more. Pull up a 5 year chart of XOM's share price. SP has tripled in 5 years. Shareholders have laughed all the way to the bank.

  • Crystallex: Units Offer Is Not a Good Sign [View article]
    Microcap Speculator,
My first take on the share issue was similar to yours. One things confuses me though. $60 million is not chump change. Who is buying up this share issue? Is it a potential suitor? Is it senior management? The answer to this question may be quite enlightening as to the future of Crystallex and Las Cristinas. Disclosure: Long KRY.

  • Crystallex's Las Cristinas Permit Virtually Granted [View article]
Mark, I am happily long KRY and thank you for writing your article. I have to agree with East Coast that your title is misleading. The FP Trading Desk got it right with their title, "Crystallex One Step Away From Las Cristinas Permit Being Approved".

Are you paid to write these articles? Is J.L. Bane your real name or are you using a pseudanym?

  • What Readers Say About Seeking Alpha [View article]
Once again J.L. Bane is using Seeking Alpha to peddle his smear against Chrystallex. I ask you again, why does Seeking Alpha allow him a forum by publishing his misinformation? It tarnishes your credibility as a source of legitimate information. Is Seeking Alpha just another bullboard for stock touts?

    Trey,

I don't dispute your facts or your integrity. Also, I think your assessment that GRZ is undervalued is correct. I also think that KRY is undervalued. Post Note: On May 7, GRZ announced an offering of 16 million new shares at approximately $7US plus an offering of $75 million of senior subordinated convertible notes.

Trey, Who is JL Bane? Stockboard comments suggest that he is a trader trying to short KRY. Have you verified any of the information which he presents in his argument against KRY?
