    Thanks for the nice article. Although I like dividends as well, we should not forget the possible taxes on them. Buybacks are more complicated. But if it is done by a honest management team in a principled way, like in the case of Berkshire, I prefer buybacks.

    Dividends4Life, thanks for this article! I believe these points you mentioned correspond to the long-term strategies every investor should follow.

    Although for a buy-and-hold investor it doesn't matter that much, but it would be great to hear your thought on the selling part of the story. Will you sell your holding, as soon as it fails to meet any of these conditions?

    I am concerned about the leverage rate of mREITs in general and AGNC in particular. Don't you think the leverage is too high already?

    Facebook is a business. There is nothing wrong to search for new revenues. People should realize that Facebook cannot provide them service for free forever. We should be glad to see at least Facebook tries to do it in a right way.

    Ads are funny things, to say the least. We always hope ads are not distracting. But what is the point if an ad doesn't get our attention?
