"The shares currently trade at a premium to the companies NAV even though its investments can be deemed speculative."
Gee - you think?? What kind of premium exactly? Oh yeah - just a couple hundred percent... Lol... nice article - but then again, people who follow the advice on this site deserve what they will get.

"In fact, if we assume long term net margins of 30 percent as per the above model, than we can calculate that URRE is currently pricing in the full development of 91 million pounds at $100/lb."
1) that's not a 'model' my friend - those are napkin calculations (and bad ones at that)
2) So at $100/lb. uranium and production costs of $30/lb., you use a net margin of 30% for your 'analysis'?!@?!? That's almost as funny as your statement that $80/lb. is a 'conservative' long-term uranium price...
3) 53M lbs? 91M lbs? From the company's Q406 release: "...the Company intends to build its uranium base to between 200 and 300 million pounds through exploration of its own properties and by acquisition."
I'm not saying URRE is a 'buy' or a 'sell' - but for you to do so based on your 'analysis' is laughable.
