Agree with most of your points and I own SAFT myself. However, I don't know how much stock I would put into the MBS being rated AAA. As we've seen recently, most of the ratings were pretty much worthless when it came to asset-backed paper. It will be interesting to see if SAFT reports any asset write-downs in the coming quarters.
