Chicago Bridge and Iron: A Golden Infrastructure Opportunity

Maybe the forced sale will do CBI a favour. (Or is it contesting the decision?) Like an infusion of cash, for example. But I don't have the time to check the history and see what the implications might be for CBI's earnings. Any views on this, anyone?
