    Exubera was/is a joke of a device. Afrezza a lot better...but docs are slow to change unless outcomes/compliance is at least 20% better. Afrezza would have been better to go for ~$150/month and force the managed care to push it.

    Diabetes: some pts. get it through NO fault of their own, but many get it because of BAD life choices, we all see the fat people of today. What's sad is when the parents make bad eating choices and pass it on to their kids, who get obese. Now they will pass it on. Heck I love all the things that are bad for you, but I do not over indulge, and I exercise 4 days a week. No easy answer, people have just gotten lazy.....

    Because the products have been shown to be effective is this area. Even though the they have NOT received an FDA approval.
    Nexium: Indication for GERD. but docs use it for ulcers, upset stomach and other places. Beta Blockers used for BP also used for migraines and, the list goes on...
