James A. Kostohryz has accumulated over twenty years of experience investing and trading virtually every asset class across the globe.
Kostohryz started his investment career as an analyst at one of the US's largest asset management firms covering sectors as diverse as emerging markets, banking, energy, construction, real estate, metals and mining. Later, Kostohryz became Chief Global Strategist and Head of International Investments for a major investment bank. Kostohryz currently manages his own investment firm, specializing in proprietary trading and institutional portfolio management advisory.
Born in Mexico, Kostohryz grew up between south Texas and Colombia, has lived and worked in nine different countries, and has traveled extensively in more than 50 others. Kostohryz actively pursues various intellectual interests and is currently writing a book about the impact of culture on economic development. He is a former NCAA and world-class decathlete and has stayed active in a variety of sports.
Kostohryz graduated with honors from both Stanford University and Harvard Law School.

Matthew Tucker, CFA, Managing Director, is Head of the iShares Fixed Income Strategy team. He leads the product strategy effort for exchange-traded funds, and leads the platform's efforts in North and Latin America iShares. His team focuses on developing new fixed income iShares strategies, partnering with the iShares team on product delivery, and supporting iShares client sales. Matt's service with the firm dates back to 1996, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, he led the US Fixed Income Investment Solutions team, where he was responsible for overseeing product strategy for active, index, enhanced index, iShares (ETF) and long/short products. Previously, he was a portfolio manager and trader in fixed income focused on US government securities. Matt was part of the team that developed and launched the first fixed income ETF in 2002, and worked as the lead portfolio manager for fixed income iShares. He began his career at Barra, where he supported clients in the use of Barra's fixed-income analytics. Matt earned a BS degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994 and is a CFA Charter Holder. He is a frequent contributor to a number of financial publications and has written extensively on fixed income ETF markets and dynamics.
Chris became part of Adviser Investments in 2011 when Adviser acquired Kobren Insight Management from E*Trade Financial. He is now a Senior Vice President and responsible for individual bond investments for the firm's clients. Chris joined Kobren in 2001 as Vice President and Fixed Income Manager and also servered as a member of KIM's investment committee. Prior to joining KIM, Chris was a Vice President in the Private Client Services Group of Robertson Stephens Inc., in Boston, where he designed and implemented fixed income portfolios for high net worth clients.
Before Robertson Stephens, he was a Vice President of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in Boston, where he was the head fixed income trader for the New England region. Chris graduated from Northeastern University.
