    Pertaining to your comment of: "I think that now is a perfect time to start looking for bargains and then dollar cost average in them."

    You make it sound like everyone has all been 100% in cash and just waiting for the perfect time to get in. I wish I could say I was that lucky, but I am not. For those of us that are not in cash, what now?
