A New American Energy Policy

Nice plan. The one problem I have is your limited focus on reducing "oil and oil based energy" rather than fossil fuels in general. You might modify your plan by acknowledging natural gas as a bridge fuel or perhaps coal with carbon capture and storage, but you need to include these along with oil.
