  • More About The Intel Investor Meeting [View article]
Thanks for your thoughts Bruce. All make sense. I forgot to ask you if you're still planning to go out at 50 common shp and your goal of 4M. After this article, I'm inclined to think not, like me :). Greed factor will be dangerous.
    Fascinating story.

  • More About The Intel Investor Meeting [View article]
Bruce, I have been reading you all over :) for some time. I am on SA not as an expert, but rather as a shrink reading the blogs and making my opinion on the quality of the commenters. Guess what, there are a lot of similarities in my approach to investing to yours. Just only now in life I have time to read and I wish to make up for the times I followed this and that "analyst", broker, guru.
Am I doing the same thing following Russ, you, RSA and the gang? Hell no!...I think :)
Im invested in MU (late to the party, but very good for the tax man or woman) and INTC. I obviously can't invest in an IRA. Every time I roll over, I'll have to pay taxes. I am 2/3 invested in Jan. 16, 40, 45, 50 strikes and 1/3 in Jan. 17 50 strike. Russ formula is not including this "minor" problem. Do you think it is better to look for the Jan. 17 calls, although pricier, to avoid one tax session? Thanks
