sorry guys, but i had to exit my 66% of my TVIX position at 53.25. Don't like the action. Replaced with UGLD and AAL.

    • nasalpancho: I trimmed my stuff this morning around 1248 but still holding half -- everyone turning bullish usually best sign for an imminent drop

    • 0ZJ: Wow, had no idea there was a 3x gold ETF. Gonna have to tell my buddy. He would buy a 5x if he could.

    • sean.parmelee: NP, why fight the momentum? Ride the intraday move up and then go short again if you're really confident in what you say.

    • sstonerm3: Is making $500-$600 a day on TVIX a bad thing while waiting for the big money?

    • sean.parmelee: I'm surprised that some companies allow you to trade in a 401k. I'm limited to a selection of funds, and if they classify you as a "trader"

    • sean.parmelee: they slap you with fines.

    • sstonerm3: Schwab. No fines/fees. They do restrict "settled cash". I can buy with unsettled, but can't sell it without it being settled.

    • sstonerm3: Just got approval to trade basic options in my Schwab 401K. Need to learn how to do that now. Had to do a special application.
