Why Apple Should Collaborate With Satellite Radio

The technology already exists - but why would Apple look to utilize Sirius’ or XM’s existing models and strategies rather than create their own? I mean, Apple can get every EN to agree to privately peer with them and allow multicasting through their network; the feeds would be so valuable these networks would peer out of necessity and demand. Furthermore, it would support Apple TV. BTW - Sirius knows it has big problems.
