Stephen has over 13 years trading his own brokerage account and providing capital market consulting services to both institutional buy-side clients and retail market participants. He cut his teeth trading the 2007-08 financial crisis, which taught invaluable lessons on market psychology and reinforced his natural contrarian tendencies. Ever the one to buck popular convention and play “devil’s advocate,” Stephen actively makes bets against conventional wisdom and current market sentiment. In late 2015, he upped his investment in the joint brokerage account with his uncle to pursue his decade-long dream of running his own fund. He graduated class 08’ with a B.S. in Finance from UNLV and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2015.
