    Actually, you guys are both wrong. The number of delisted Chinese companies is exactly 40 take one leave one. The number of buyouts is at least 5 but not more than 10. Interesting is some of the buyouts went through even with short allegations HRBN, GEDU. Also interesting is some buyouts got delisted before the buyout (TBET.PK, PUDA.PK, CHNG.PK)

    Indeed, Obama is the last President in a long line of socialist presidents, starting with Reagan, who tripled national debt. Obama himself is set to double the national debt in from 2008 to 2016, if he gets re-elected.

    I'v been thinking about that. if something like that hasn't happened before, how do i know it's a buy-out? I simply don't, I need a history of the same thing happening in the past. Same thing happened with TRE.TO. Sino Forest didn't wen't dark, but it was the first Chinese company where not just one, but at least two hedge funds were buying dips and accumulating big. So TRE was going up and two hedge funds were accumulating. Did that prove a buy-out was coming, I don't know, it's the first occurrence of something like that.

    Well a thesis that the stock price goes up and somebody is accumulating is not enough for a buyout.

    This happens to 100's of stocks daily. But i don't see 100's of buyouts every day.
