Step 1. Initiate a long position in a stock.

Step 2. Pump the stock using positively written articles. Write Half-truths that aren't whole truths but good enough.

    Step 3. ????
    Step 4. Profit.

I haven't touched on M&A yet, but CCME is a company with highest margins in industry, wants to take over another company, even though that will have lower margins, maybe they want it to have monopoly, oh wait they already have a monopoly, cuz they have exclusive license with government.. ok I guess they need to dilute shareholders for Starr 30m pay them to promote CCME by doing due diligence, why it has to costs 30m dilution and not <1 million flat fee?

Because I say so. Ok. let's buy CCME. I just can't poke holes in this story.

I suspect that the stocks you now think were penny stocks, because right now they for sure are, actually weren't penny stocks in the past, which means his record is not worser, but actually better than it appears on this spreadsheet.

Lets say the market went down 50% instead of went up 100%. Lets say you made a return of 4% going long.

    I'd say that's pretty impressive.

Deepcapture is run by the CEO of overstock.com, who has been attacked by Citron in the past for malfeasance. No wonder Deepcapture is critical of Citron.

So the lawsuit against MW and Citron were just for show, made by pumpers to distracts from the cold hard facts and to character assasinate?

Nobody thinks CCME is a fraud just because Citron says so. Contrary to popular pumpers opinion, most shorters think for themselves.

But calling Citron a fraud just because hes shortselling his picks, ignoring his performance is exactly what pumpers have been trying to do the whole time.

This spreadsheet highlights that hypocrisy of the pumpers.

With their wildly profitable margins and revenue, all they had to do was wait a year and get the full benefit of the Starr deal in cash.

Their net income was 77 million USD for 2010. Starr deal just gave them 30 million or so financing, but it diluted shareholders.

They could have waited 5 months and have 30 million cold hard cash easy.

    They never needed Starr

Simple. Starr might have known something was up with CCME, and was maybe able to conjure a mutually beneficial agreement, leaving regular stockholders in the dust.
