Thanks! Guess I looked at your 'so many individuals' phrase and thought gee, there are people out there, like me, that are working our retirement IRA's with an aggressive whip. And have plays like AAPL in our portfolio's, so currently we are avoiding the tax pressures on gains.

May I ask you to 'clear up' your statement : "If I see a block in the 2 million share range I will feel much better about it. I fully expect to see a block or a series of blocks. I think this is a shakeout especially since Cramer is giving it a sell rating. I also believe the move is about 2 week’s out". Does 'the move' mean upside or downside, just curious, and invested. It is an excellent observation, however it assumes the investor is holding shares in a taxable brokerage account. For those investors holding shares in a retirement Roth or IRA there's no reason to worry about tax rates, so unless you're worried about being long APPL why sell?

I have been long MSFT and do sell covered calls ATM to buffer the dividend. I've been assigned a few times but I typically buy the shares right back. Not getting rich but sleeping at night.
