  • Time To Buy The Dip In Gold? [View article]
I bought gold at $1,500 then at $1,250. Now I am waiting for the support to break, in which case I will buy more physical gold at such bargain price. Regarding miners, they may be extremely vulnerable if gold price dropped at $1,050 as the Fed, sorry as Goldman Sachs "indicated". However it is time to do the homework and start analysing the miners.

  • A Very Dangerous Stock Market [View article]
I agree with the article and a few comments are very interesting. I think it is very good to have a large exposure to gold right now, although it could fall to $1,000 in the short term. However I would not short the SPX, it can stay manipulated for a very long time, long enough to bankrupt you.

  • Mixed Emotions For The Gold Market [View article]
Central banks will never increase interest rates. Gold will become volatile, maybe the last leg down. Tighten your belts and be ready to buy more of it later!

  • Gold Surges To 2-Month High Above $1320 [View article]
and when inflation kicks-in (maybe in a few years), central banks will be unable to raise the interest rates because of the huge amount of debt in the system. Anyway, I did not buy gold to hedge against inflation but as a safety, the current financial system is becoming a complete mess, under central banks control for the time being....

  • Gold Bears Predicting $1,050 Are Looking Shortsighted [View article]
    @ Jeremy
this is my view as well. Some weakness in the short term, before the s## hits the fan. I own gold and will accumulate if it was to go in the 1000s. However for new entrants, they might miss the window if they wait too long. Buying regularly is the right thing to do I guess. Now ETF ou physical, I am wondering.

  • You Call Yourself A Contrarian? Then Buy Russia [View article]
I would be careful to be absolutely contrarian (I loss enough in gold), you don't catch a falling knife etc. However I would wait for things to calm down, even if this involves missing the bottom and see how it goes, in the energy sector only. But those are long term investments, to be able to be kept at least for the next 5 years. Interesting article and well balanced.
