Its designed for the clueless who will accept all those prefilled money sucking features that no one really uses. 7 years I've sold on that site fulltime. Nobody in the financial world believes ebay has a problem. That's because you're not in the front lines directly impacted by their retarded marketing driven brand-this managmeent team. Since May 1st they've done 12 major changes that impact finding items, selling items and most importantly shipping them.
