  • Bank Of America: Countrywide Is The Gift That Keeps On Giving [View article]
Lewis was approached three times, saying NO twice. The FDIC did not have enough employees to take over countrywide. The management of Countrywide should have been responsible. The courts are conservative organizations and do not originate law and congress did not do its part in passing a law to hold Countrywide management responsible. Insider in Congress are slow at holding large companies management responsibility for their theft.

  • U.S. minimum wage battle starts to heat up [View news story]
Their is no arms length transaction when a youth is hired. He/she has no persuasive ability. When I was 19 years old and had finished basic training, I was hired by a very good bank for $125.00 a month due to the unemployment office telling me that was the going rate. After being hired due to having accounting in high school, the going was revealed as $150.00. In two years I was promoted through four positions due to night school classes in accounting, credit management, and bank marketing. I was earning $40.00 a month less than married personnel with the same internal branch auditor before computers. This position took normally 5 years to attain that position. Where was my ability to negotiate? I worked from 11 to 19 years old and took accounting in the 9th grade to get out of the field labor. Today the problem is the lack of accounting training of the general population for the problems of their budgeting. Seventh grade math is the same as accounting level of math. teaching accounting and finance in the seventh grade would improve the budgeting of older workers.

  • AT&T Offers A 5.25% Dividend Yield And Consistent Share Buybacks [View article]
A Chinese CEO gave $3.5 billion of his bonus to his senior employees. AT&T CEO received $22 Billion and backs a buy back loan of $50 billion. The expansion AT&T reminds one of the over extension of AT&T before its breakup a few years ago. The employes could buy stock at 10% below the lowest price in the year. The bankruptcy caused retirees large losses that were never recovered. One should recognize that the large loans must be paid out of future income. Are we being served by the expansion of an already large corporation that went belly up in the past?

  • How About A Wage Hike? [View article]
You are many Americans are actually paid too much for what they bring it businesses. The CEO's are paid too much for the public presentations that are paid for through company expenses. Most of their presentations have transportation costs, company airplanes, cars, high cost hotel rooms, meals, etc. No person should earn more than $1 million a month after taxes. Stock Buybacks do not cause the price of stock to rise, usually a good marketing system that fluxuates due to normal economic situations. This is a Grab Up economy where a raise in minimum wage would produce $2.52 a week for sociaL security from the poor workers that will be payed on their three highest years earnings that should have payed all of their lives. The needed retirement and health care needs to be paid all of the workers life. The wealthy giving up their citizenship should have to pay the 30 percent capital gains and interest directly to the IRS on by the brokerages. It is nice to write: "I Have Mine, to Hell With You."

  • Forget Greece And Cyprus, Portugal As The Next Edit Candidate? [View article]
A creation of a Slavic Countries Common Market including the Ukraine and Beoruss would redirect sale of their farm products to Russia, which is hurting for lack of food, Thiis would provide for better negotiations for gas and oil with Russia. This would increase the farm products purchased from Southern Europe.

  • Energizing Your Dividend Portfolio With Chevron [View article]
Dividend is 3.3 % and the income is being spent to increase international investments. Are the INSIDERS making less than $1 million a month in WAGES AND PERKS? Is Chevron paying its fair share to build a pipe line to Texas to help the INSIDERS to control the price of gas and oil? This pipeline is over very good farm land with weather problems that could cause disasters. The farm land would difficult to rehabilitate. Pipe dreams that one will receive more from Chevron in dividends in the future when they need funds to develop shell regions in China is speculative.

  • Dismal U.S. Consumer Spending To Drag Us Back Into Recession? [View article]

The supposed reasons for consumer spending are coming from those that have money. The poor are tied with what the INSIDERS determine what they should receive. The reality is more linked to what they POOR are receiiving. The increase in taxes has not effected the POOR very much, because they do not have enough after taking of their families to be taxed. Local tax rates and gas tax rates are all rising and the INSIDERS do not understand why sales are not increasing. Just an increase in minimum wage to $9.00 an hour would put more money into the hands of the POOR, this includes students. Every increase in $.50 in wage increases the social security tax collected each month to $4.50. This is the fair share of social security the youth should pay. The increase in student loan interest to 6.5% also hurts the POOR. The rate of interest in 1980 was ONLY 6.0%, but there were jobs to pay that rate.
The INSIDERS should stop getting more than $! million a month in income and at-a-boys that the INSIDER boards of directors award them. The low 3.0% dividends by the INSIDERS and buy backs with borrowed money is really the cause of the present situation. The INSIDERS charge almost everything they do as cost of business. The Fiduciary Duty imposed on Henry Ford in 1919 by the Michigan Supreme Court should be the national law to protect the POOR and the so-called MIDDLE CLASS.
Useless PRATTLY does not increase purchasing by the POOR in grab up economy.

  • How The Fed Directly Subsidizes Corporate Profits And Why The Game Is Over [View article]
There seems to be a blank spot in this presentation. The POOR are not being paid enough to help support this GRAB UP society. Just the raise of $.50 an hour provides $4.50 in social security and would help support Obamacare. The large firms want the same cheap labor like they received in China. They refuse to recognize that the earnings of the POOR and of STUDENTS is needed in this GRAB UP economy. Remember the consumer needs money to buy the goods manufactured, especially those being imported. The large company managements are taking too much in salary and perks that should go to the investors. The INSIDER cheating needs to be stopped. The increase in killings and robberies in the cities should be looked at as the way for the POOR to earn a living.

  • Dividend Stocks Are My Conviction [View article]
The market will fall again and the around 3 percent dividends for 'good stock' is phony. The boards of directors have the right to give more than $1 million to top management. This is where excessive earnings will go. Without a control on the boards of directors fedicuary duty to the stockholders, the excessive profit will go to INSIDERS. Why should one expect an increases in dividends to go to the stockholders. Stockholders are stupid to expect the insiders will not get more than fair share of profits. Buy back of stocks do not increase share value when the stock prices go down. Dividends less than 6 percent are what should be the returns for poor companies. Wake up. You are not being offered any protection by a law that is not enforced.

  • European Economy Crystal Ball: Forward-Looking Indicator Analysis [View article]
The European common market included the Eastern European Slavic countries to control Russian development and to create a cheaper Euro currency. Now the East has replaced the southern countries in supplying food to Northern Europe and there is no place for them to earn foreign exchange. There is no solution than to setup a Slavic common market to serve Russian needs for food and to create a collective group to negotiate oil prices.

In other areas of Africa and the Arabian Peninsula the negative influence of European neocolonialism could be met by common markets that could protect the living standards of small countries of both areas.

Think of ways to get the different countries to cooperate with each other for a better life.
