  • A Fast Growing BioPharma Stock To Buy On The Next Pull Back [View article]
Why no comment on "Shareholder" Stock Split? Like a reverse stock split as this would create added interest in the stock market to Regn....well a lot more could be written on this subject, but if you are never going to pay a Dividend-always retain your Profits then what does your stock do to separate itself from the rest of the Industry?

  • The Fiscal Cliff Could Create A Buying Opportunity In Target And Wal-Mart Shares [View article]
If it is WMT credit card balances then then I believe sales projections are pretty accurate. I think most Americans still regard their Credit worthiness to a high degree. Where as 6 years ago people took out 2nd mortgages and or re-financed their 1st mortgages for that Dream Car or Vacation so in that sense those Lessons have been learned, at least the Banking Industry hopes so. I do look for Walmart to break into to the mid $80's per share by the 3 quarter of 2013 as its fundamentals will be so strong, with Store Expansion, Stock Buy-back and increased EPS-Dividend. Some Bio-Pharma stocks will be very strong Gilead, Onyx and Regn along with several Tech Stocks like Google, IBM and several others so expect for them to exceed their all-time highs. I believe that Target will be successful but Walmart will be Super-Walmart. The Fiscal Cliff will hurt short term but the long timers will benefit. What goes down also goes up

  • Regeneron Moves Aggressively On The Potential Behind 2 Drugs [View article]
I would hope so given that I have owned the stock when it was $6.50 a share, that's called believing when no one else believes. Yes they easily could do up to 8 to 1 given a proposed Market Share/Capability of 30 + Billion a year.

  • Vringo Wins Again: U.S. District Court Affirms 3.5% Royalty Rate [View article]
When you are sitting with 40 + Billion in Cash why would you go through the Corporate Distraction like Growth and Share Holder Value, Google should have offered the Company in Talks 4 weeks ago when I made this statement, acquire the Company VRNG for 2 Billion as a starting point. It would have also helped the news about a 3rd quarter loss-lesser dividend announcement to the market place. My After Thoughts 4 weeks later. JR Lutz. What would You advise Google to do now?

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Vringo's Motion For Interest And Supplemental Damages [View article]
It is in Google's Best Interest to settle, and become the receiver of VRNG Patents, and get this mess behind them and focus on their Business and their Loyal Share Holders. This Patent Lawsuit has and is a Big Distraction, or Google just pay 10 to 20 million to a Software Team to create what VRNG Infringement is with a different model. Does anyone know what ever happen to Google's Reverse Stock Split??

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Vringo's Motion For Interest And Supplemental Damages [View article]
Back in October I suggested that Google merge with VRNG, is this a poor or bad decision for a price between 2 and 10 Billion? Google does have 40 Billion sitting in its short term Investment Interest Account, or does the Appeal Process deem to be better Business? If Google purchased VRNG what would happen with the other Defendants in so far as Google owning the patents held by VRNG?

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Vringo's Motion For Interest And Supplemental Damages [View article]
Does anyone have thoughts of a Google Offer to buy-Merged with VRNG? Present and future payments and or you go on the idea that the Appeal Process will suck up a lot of time and perhaps lower the monthly damages? Back in mid October I put forward the idea of 2 Billion to buy VRNG, is this a poor move on Google's part?

  • More on Vringo: The federal judge overseeing the Vringo-Google case has ruled Vringo (VRNG -42.3%) can't collect damages from Google for the 6 years preceding the filing, should the jury rule Google to be infringing Vringo's IP. The judge also shot down a Vringo request to refrain from making a final ruling on the matter until Vringo presented a rebuttal witness. (tip: SA author Modernist[View news story]
Google should buy-out as an Acquisition VRNG, it has 40 Billion in Cash, and buy it at a Fair Price too. Vringo is worth something with Nokia's Patents, since there seems to be a Patent Lawsuit wave in the Valley !!!!!

  • Vringo Vs. Google: A Mid-Trial Report [View article]
Google should Purchase the Public Company (VRNG) Vringo for a acquisition price between 2 and 7 billion, still do the reverse Stock split and about 45 days after the acquisition is complete do a 2 for 1 stock split. Google's legacy will be cemented beyond the next 20 years.

  • Google Sell-Off: Buying Opportunity In The Stock Below $700 [View article]
Google is here to stay. It owns over 100 different Companies, one company being the Growth Manufacturer of Synthetic Artificial Human Organs. This is a tremendous solution to Cancer Patients, and Accident Trauma Victims. Google at the present and the future is about shareholder wealth and ROI, which I believe speaks for itself. Once the ShareHolder Lawsuit is resolved the reverse stock split will have positive karma, statements and increased value.

I said long before this Article was in Print that Google was a $1500.00 Stock. For those of us who have been loyal and holding on to the Stock thru thick and thin the REVERSE Stock Split of 1 for 2 is well deserved..... I hope all Individuals and Institutions holding the Stock agree too !!!
