  • Getting SLAPPed By Penny Stocks [View article]
Maybe the PR was a bit unclear for some, but not for those who followed the circus.

"Terra Tech has already identified at least one individual responsible for the false statements made to the Clark County commissioners regarding Terra Tech as Norman Gates aka "@LaughinPaulRyan", and has retained counsel to pursue him and anyone affiliated with, encouraging, or directing, his activities to the fullest extent permitted by law. "

I highlight "for the false statements made to the Clark County commissioners regarding Terra Tech"

That's what it's all about, not about message board BS.

"These individuals or groups emailed county officials what the Company believes is false and misleading information in an attempt to affect the outcome at the Clark County hearings."

That's the part what it's all about.

They don't really care about what's said on message boards.

And that's the big difference with your "case": you didn't try to interfere with permit hearings or a license (application) process for your own enrichment.

You don't get it Matt? TRTC is different:

Should they (the I don't even know how many aliases) just have spilled their nonsense on Twitter and message boards, there wouldn't be a problem. It would just be a pain in the ass or like an annoying mosquito that keeps you up.

But they contacted board members directly, interfering with the decision making.

And that's where they went wrong.

Wow, so now you know how I played that? Ego much? Like I said, I knew what happened. Do you really think I didn't act on it? You don't have to be short to make money.

"my satisfaction comes from simply being right and helping people avoid scams."

So you still don't understand? You weren't "right", your article was filled with mistakes. If it wasn't for the SEC halts and the warrant settlement case, the price would have probably just followed the rest of the sector (down but not this far).

And before you start gloating again: those events happened AFTER your article.

Or do you want to take credit for that as well?

Gloating over an article filled with mistakes and misinformation. Typical.

And now you want an award for it? lol

Do you even understand why the price went there? Probably not, because you didn't even get the correct market cap. It sure wasn't because of the article, or anything in it for that matter.

I'll give you a hint or two: SEC halts in MJ sector combined with a warrant settlement case from the PLPE shell.

    I know, that's why I said "your generous 8$".

The investor decks from the private placements I've seen of other Canadian players use an average retail sale price of about 7$.

So wholesale would be even lower.

"Multiple people who research and invest in cannabis"

Sounds great, what did they have to say about 10 cycles annually?

Don't get me wrong, I think FITX will get a license eventually. But I refuse to use Wild Bill's crazy projections which he changes whenever he pleases or just simply claims to be misquoted. I prefer to make my future potential calculations based on more realistic numbers.

"FITX is seemingly undervalued. In fact, Medbox (OTCQB:MDBX), a marijuana company has a market capitalization of around 500-600 million dollars, is almost triple the market cap of most companies today. It is easy to entertain the thought that companies that produce revenue and hold strong profit margins can increase their stock price and thus their market capitalization tremendously. FITX has the potential surpass the market capitalization of MDBX within a short 12-16 month time frame and also increase the value of the company into billions. This would make CEN the ideal candidate for a buy-out company or to expand and acquire different pharmaceutical companies."

    ??????

"Assuming that one marijuana plant has an average space of 4 square foot, this would give roughly 10,000 plants in a 40,000 square foot area. If 1 lb of medical product is produced by 1 plant, then on average there is 10,000 lbs of medical product per harvest."

Indoor growing doesn't use yield per plant but yield per light or wattage.

40k sqft is about 3700 sqm. With a 1000W light above every sqm and a gram per watt yield that's 3700kg per harvest.

With 5 harvests a year at your generous 8$ a gram and all retail sales that would make 148M in revenue.

    10 harvests is fairy dust.

    Pablo,

What a clueless comment. I think you'd be surprised by the 420i community. There are some serious skeptics.

There are koolaid drinkers everywhere. You realize that bashers are serving koolaid too right? Just a different flavor.

Investors should make up their own mind, and stop blaming others for their choices.

    Here is the correct list.

There are two more companies with a license, but they aren't on the HC list yet. And no, FITX is not one of them.
