    Solar energy can be cost-effective even without subsidies. You have to calculate payback over its projected lifetime of 20 -25 years. Those who say it is not cost effective, were right just a few years ago. They just haven't gotten the news yet.

    If executive compensation were a rocket, it would be orbiting Pluto by now. Founded on the premise one can never pay a CEO too much, it corrupts the CEO into running the company as his personal cash cow. I could give plenty of examples, but I'll let the apologists have the floor. Please explain how these outrageous compensation packages benefit the shareholders.
