Noel McIntosh is a senior international health educator and manager with extensive experience gained working in over 40 developing countries, including living for extended periods in Nepal and Ethiopia. Over the last 35 years, Dr. McIntosh has worked globally in the fields of population and family planning, maternal and newborn care, cervical cancer prevention, infection prevention, waste management and environmental hygiene; health education and policy development; and basic science and operations research. For 16 years (1988-2004), he served as president and director of the JHPIEGO Corporation, and affiliate of Johns Hopkins University. In addition, he has held faculty appointments in five universities and professorships in four. Dr McIntosh is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and the School of Public Health (ScM and ScD), is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology, and is co-author of over 70 articles and 14 books.
Retired in 2012, he now spends his time “studying” the stock market, taking care of his renovated hunting lodge nestled in the mountains of wild, wonderful West Virginia during summer and playing lots of tennis during winters spent in Phoenix.
Matthew Horowitz is a CPA based in the Mid-Atlantic area, working with businesses and individuals. Service oriented, with an emphasis on client planning services, quickbooks services, and all things tax. Away from the office, spends time on the tennis court. Has a nice rock music collection including rare vinyl from the Yardbirds, Led Zeppelin and The Who.
