Was there a point to this article? I live in Wyoming and I'm from here but folks need to know that Wyoming has a long history of boom and bust. We are booming now and we will bust sure a shootin and lose jobs and population just like we did in the 70's and 80's. The job growth has been primarily in the gas industry as well as some mining jobs and wind spinner jobs.Most temporary. Towns are vast distances apart, there is no housing and the roads are dangerous plugged with heavy trucks and workers returning 60 miles back to their comfy motel rooms with an empty 6 pack on the seat. It is high, wide and windy. Real estate in the pretty places is vastly overpriced and unaffordable even to the well to do. Its cold in the winter and the snowfence is the state flower. Take drive down our Interstate 80. If you like what you see, take a job and stay a few months , pour some pads, weld some steel, drink a lot, make some meth and then move on. Ah, this is the life.
