I agree completely. It's a very basic fundamental that is overlooked.
As far as the article: The market bottomed March 5. Pick just about any chart to verify. If you don't cover now you will be covering the penny stocks by July.

NOV has an $8B backlog. Customers have to know that going in and apparently are willing to stand in line. GRP will give NOV a valuable piece to their services catalog. I think shareholders will be nicely rewarded as the aquisition helps turn that backlog into profits.
