    Mr. Friedland,
    You are obviously clueless when it comes to what worker safety has to do with earnings. Every accident in the work place is extremely expensive. From the insurance and medical cost to loss of production. Add to that the time and money spent on investigating the cause and a solution to prevent it from happening again. Finally there is the lost time of the worker if it is serious enough or the loss of the worker completely. His duties must be performed by someone until he returns or you can add the high cost to train a new employee. The associated costs are many.
