General Growth Properties: Lender Protections Appear to Have Disappeared

All I know is that the day must becoming when business's are kept alive only on other peoples money. Managers are doing little more than borrowing to keep themselves in their management positions. Let them fail let them go, I am tired of seeing my money go from me to these managers through funds or investment pools. The only people who benefit are the incompetent managers and the financial engineers who put all these deals together. Our entire system has turned into a ponzi scheme of the highest order.
