Regulate the banks, BUT enforce the regulations otherwise it is all a joke. AND the Joke is on US.

It will take quite along time for the USA to rebuild all that is broken in our system, from our financial system to our health system, to say nothing of a political system which has one side of it saying NO to everything and regurgitating the same old and worn out cliches of the past.
