Yes, BofA is dishonest and sleazy. They issue mortgages to illegal immigrants, they took $45B in taxpayer bailout money, and after the taxpayer bailed them out they went on a hiring spree - overseas - and gave pink slips to 35,000+ Americans.
They also lost a major class action lawsuit brought against their consumer accounting practices (Lawson v. BofA), so unless the bottom line is the only ethical objective, they need to just go away.
