    1. Regarding the extraordinary dilution issues during the last 6-8 months, was there nothing in the financing arrangements to limit the impact of price changes, exchange ratios, and share sales by the financing parties?

    2. And, if not, why not?

    3. Or was there a different set of reasons contributed excessively to the dilution mania?

    4. If it was related to the financing parties, is the door still open to continued such egregious dilutions or is there some kind of stop measure in place now?

    5. Have any Cereplast current or past officers, associates, and/or employees benefited in any way by this series of dilution events?

    1. Who are competitors of Cereplast in the US, Italy and India?

    2. How competitive or uncompetitive is Cereplast pricing for compostables in the US, Italy and India, etc.?

    3. While Cereplast is disappointed in and blaming the US when noting that "Lastly, the US markets remains our biggest frustration. American consumers have been slower to demand environmental friendly alternatives and large brand owners look at the environment as a marketing opportunity more than the necessity." what is Cereplast doing in the meantime? What steps (and success if any) has Cereplast achieved in approaching US companies, since there still are some consumers and some companies that will at least want environmentally friendly products even if just for marketing opportunities? Or are cost differentials too prohibitive?
