  • Who Is Going To Finally Stop Herbalife? [View article]
Why offer a low electric rate to suck people in and then change to a higher rate when the introductory period ends without warning the prospective fools, Rogier. You do know that is how that lower your electric bill scam works don't you?

    Correction:
Ackman made the changes that he wanted and then got out after he cost hard working people their job and their money. You may think you know all about MLM but your knowledge of the JCP debacle caused by Ackman is lacking.

  • Who Is Going To Finally Stop Herbalife? [View article]
Matt, why don't we address you favorite college professor who sat on the board of the jewelry company who sold high priced trinkets to the unsuspecting masses in the malls across America? Rogier is affiliated with electric providers that push savings that fail to materialize. What gives with you guys? I can only assume that it's subjective ethics and morality being dispersed.

  • Can This MLM Be Saved? [View article]
Maybe the next reality show can center around gullible young adults burdened with college loans and unable to find work. So these desperate individuals turn to selling electricity under the guise of saving you money but little do you know that once you are locked in the rates rise. Sound familiar Rogier and Keep?

  • Herbalife And The MLM 'Industry:' The Long And Short Of It [View article]
    Rogier continues to repeatedly state:
"But it's not about the messengers, it's all about the message".
He has to say this because so many of the messengers have been exposed as not being truthful, so he wants you to disregard that aspect. I guess if he and the others say it enough, others will adopt this flawed approach to evaluating the message.

  • Something's Rotten In The State Of Missouri - Is Mr. Stiritz On The Wrong Side Of The Trade? [View article]
Why the ad hominem attacks on Mr. Stiritz?
Those short Herbalife cry about shooting the messenger and ad hominem attacks on those on their side but find it necessary to employ these tactics when it suits their agenda......hypocrisy has a new meaning
This reminds me of the case, RWP Consolidated L.P. v Salvatore. This person also preached the value of ethics and morality to others but when given the chance acted otherwise.

  • Bridge Watch On The MS Herbalife [View article]
Rogier states: "In most cases have to do with customers picking the wrong rate programs".
Here we have people who are dissatisfied with the product and or service purchased and Rogier attributes that dissatisfaction to their own choice with not one ounce of blame being placed on the sales person. It's amusing how only HLF participants are guilty of misleading people but all these other businesses especially the ones associated with those short are void of responsibility. Hypocrisy at it's best.
The list of characters in the short parade are an amusing bunch. We have the following to date:
.....An intellectual giant who posts fake arrest records.
    .....A convict
.....A former MLM participant who has now found the lord and wants to do good
.....An individual whose company was sued for not honoring a written agreement pertaining to a security. The plaintiff won the case.
.....A contributing writer whose involvement with an energy company whose had numerous consumer complaints.
Need I say more about the hypocrisy of the situation.

    Ackman's gravitas shine through again:

JCP on the road to recovery without the brilliance of Ackman. Who would have thought that was possible. His JCP crusade cost investors billions and a large number of hard working people lost their jobs but he is brilliant. After ruining the company he abandoned them but sheds tears for the HLF participant.

What Laura Taylor Townsend never learned as a child prodigy:

What you do when no one is watching defines your character. The behavior that she excuses because it was not for all to see only further cements the gravity of such behavior.

Nice try in diverting attention from the error of your ways but the codes I referenced mean this:
    812190
Other personal care services (including diet & weight reducing centers)
    812990
    All other personal services
You are a little out of your league when referencing tax codes and procedures so you may want to shy away from that. Stating that not including hobby or negligible income on your return is speculative only goes to show how little you know about tax law.

First things first, this is what you wrote:
"In 2010, a total of 433,379 “Nonstore retailers” filed IRS tax returns declaring a net profit under NAICS business code "454". Code 454 includes MLM distributorships among four subcategories." No where do I see the wording BEGINS with code 454, so you lead others to believe that was the code.
Secondly, you negligently omit the following codes from your flawed statement:
........#812190 for Other Personal Care Services
........#812990 for All Other Personal Services
Either one of these codes could have been used when filing the return for a participant.
More importantly, if the participant considered this more as a hobby than a business and this participant also made less than $ 400.00 profit, they may not even have included this on their return.
Please get all the information before presenting a flawed thesis.

The bias of this article, the author and it's content are more than noticeable. Matt as well as Ackman have both put their money and financial reputations on the line in this battle. Any mention of the moral and ethical claims made by these two or numerous others on this site have been shown to be nothing short of hypocritical. Matt by his adulation of his college professor who sat on the board of a company that peddled junk jewelry to the masses or Ackman who had no problem pushing the mlm Prepaid legal.
To subjectively apply either moral and or ethical principles when it benefits you or your position takes from the genuine concern you try to portray and some on the other side of this take offense to that.
In all of the numerous articles written about the fraud perpetrated by HLF not one has contrasted Herbalife with Pampered Chef in detail. Every other angle has been examined again and again. Could it be that not one of these so called brilliant people dare to take on Warren?

First things first, there is no code 454. Business codes on Schedule C are 6 digits long. Secondly, you fail to account for the code, unable to classify, which I believe is 999999, that may have been used by the person completing the return. This code is used and misused numerous times in completing returns. I should know, consider I worked for the US Treasury.
Please get your information correct before posting.
