    In propaganda, Hitler's Goebbels called this "transference". Politicians for centuries have been attempting to transfer the cause of their bad policies to others. If China and Russia did nothing to protect their own economies the dollar would still fall.

    Get realistic and honest.

    What policies did Obama espouse during the elections? None!

    What policies did Obama espouse during his few day actually in the Senate? None!

    What are Obama's policies on anything? Whatever his Clinton lapdogs say! And those Clinton lapdogs, especially Robert Rubin, were the instigators of the policies that blew up Wall Street while Clinton himself was Lewinskynizing the Oval Office and letting the Taliban nurture bin Laden.

    Obama is an admitted Socialist. The question is will he expend any political capital to turn the country into greater socialism or will he do what Clinton did, spend his first term running for re-election which he has already started.

    The period of strong markets under Clinton were only late 1998-1999 and were due to the tech bubble brought on by Y2K that was a bust.
