  • The Elections Are Over - And No One Should Be Happy [View instapost]
    I am thrilled.

Now we can finally get some sensible people on the Supreme court.

Now we have a chance to fight off the simplistic nonsense of politicians who lick the boots of Grover Norquist.

Look for me on You-Tube doing a happy dance.

May Trickle-Down-Economics join the dustbin of history like communism.

  • The Next Choice: A High-Growth Economy Vs. Long-Term Stagnation [View article]
    Told you so.....

There is no quick and easy solution to our problems. And certainly the solution was not to elect Bush III.

  • The Election Could Be A Positive Surprise For The Market [View article]
Now that you got this useless article out of your system, let's get back to identifying key trends in the economy.

I still find it hard to believe, Republicans could not see the writing on the wall before last night.

Two weeks ago it took me all of five minutes to identify two non-partisan websites/blogs that were analyzing the pre-election polls with respect to the electoral college. They both basically nailed it.

  • 10 Predictions For 2012 From BlackRock's Bob Doll [View article]
"Republicans capture the Senate, retain the House and defeat President Obama."

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Have you looked at the pathetic set of candidates?
    Guess not.

Gridlock will continue in some form. To predict otherwise is just nonsensical guessing to pump up ones ego and perpetuate being a "talking head".

Hi, I am a financial wizard, so now I will make political predictions. My name is Bob.

  • The Labor Market Continues To Improve [View article]
"A person who is paid to not work has much less incentive to find and accept a job than one who is not paid."

BRILLIANT conclusion!!! Unfortunately your trickle-down-economics assumption is that all the unemployed earn minimum wage.

If one uses real world facts (ouch, ouch, don't say that word in the vicinity of those who watch FOX snooze), however, your reasoning is pitiful.

Other than that minor quibble, keep up the good work.
