    I would not recommend Gazprom to any new investor in the Russian Oil sector. There are other stocks that have better outlooks for the future than Gazprom. I found an article that details the rising stocks, not the falling.

    Good points....I'm not sure it the best energy stock out there, but its good. Actually Russia has a few lucrative oil stocks right now like LukOil and Gazprom. I recommend this article to anyone who wants to know more.
