  • Who Do You Believe - The VIX Or The Bond Market? [View article]
Greg. Both Bond and Equity markets are "Front-running" the Fed.

Here is my blog detailing my explanation why this is so.

  • EverBank Offers Good Products And Good Value [View article]
"So exchange rate fluctuation does make this product a risky investment vehicle. However, if timed right the return could be worthwhile."

The author forgets to mention that the CD's are NOT FDIC insured like the current USD denominated CD's are insured. The risk inherent in FX markets could wipe the nominal return out all together.

  • I Told You So: Facebook's Ugly IPO Debut [View article]
Too much changing hands here to make much sense. If the price has to be "supported" at the initial offering price, are you saying that the shares are being bought from MS from investors already allotted only to be re-allotted to the remaining 15%?. So, if the remaining 15% was allotted at the initial price then MS must be buying them taking losses in the process (or someone is). IF MS maintains its commitment to support the price it will have to continue buying FB shares this time committing its own capital possibly resulting in further losses if the the support effort is not enough. So why would MS continue to buy shares after the remaining 15% has been allotted? I'm guessing to keep relationships intact (most important thing at that point) and further price support which is the bonus?

  • Game On: 2012 Shaping Up To Be A Strong Year For Activision Blizzard [View article]
Both of your second games are "expansions" of existing games not "New" games (on their website). "Mists of Panderia - World of Warcraft" Due sometime in June and "Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm" will run on already existing platforms.
Whether or not they will perform as well as you are pitching has much to do with the competition newer gamemakers have had in the MMORPG space. EA Games recently launched SWTOR and ArenaNet will be releasing Guildwars2 (which has already gotten top reviews before release). The MMORPG space has changed dramatically in the last 10 years and expecations must reflect that.
